There is a 5 minute grace period.
Late fee is now $5.00
Same day cancellations will be 20% of the service fee. Fee must be paid in order to book next appointment.
Last minute (within the hour of appointment) cancellation is FULL price of service
No call no show, full price of appointment must be paid in order to rebook
